Malibu Constructions Was Founded In 2003 By Managing Director James Purcell
James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, having earned a Building Degree (B.Build-hons) from UNSW and over a span of more than 15 years, James accumulated invaluable experience in the intricacies of commercial construction and project management at some of Australia’s leading commercial construction firms.
With this solid foundation, James established Malibu Constructions with a focus on constructing new homes, handling alterations and additions, as well as undertaking small commercial projects. His blend of academic qualifications and hands-on experience has been instrumental in shaping Malibu’s approach to delivering high-quality construction solutions across the Central Coast of NSW. James’ dedication to building and meticulous attention to detail have been imparted to his son-in-law, Jack Robilliard, who has accumulated over a decade of experience working alongside James.
